1796 The 28th of March

We, as Elders and Deacons, have resolved that the children of the three congregations should come together at the Pastor’s house for Confirmation, and from the congregation on the River Pastor Zina should come and be paid, except for the last two weeks, then they will all come together at the Pastor’s House.

A partial entry is made at this point that does not make sense as it is incomplete

When in these congregations a Funeral (Death) and another appointment in the congregation should occur on the same day, which shall have the preference: Answer: The Congregation


Resolved that an inquiry be made in order to record it, to buy a piece of land and to build a pastor’s house (Parsonage) and that the Master Nicholas Karper, Mr. David Neidig, Mr. Jacob Kessler and Mr. Friederich Baumgartner are chosen to have it recorded.

It is hereby resolved by the Church Council that Jacob Müller should have 1/11/3 (One pound, 11 shillings and three pence) instead of 1/17/3 (One Pound, 17 shillings and three pence) for land at the Pastor’s House (Parsonage).
