On July 1st, 1905 Rev. E. W. Leslie, having been duly called, took charge of the Botetourt Charge as Pastor, at a salary of $400.00 per annum and free use of The Parsonage. The pastorate is composed of: Brick Union, Trinity, Wheatland, St. Mark’s, St. Jacob’s and Mt. Moriah Congregations.

On Oct. 1, 1912 Rev. J. D. Utt became Pastor of the Botetourt Charge composed of above enumerated congregations.

At a meeting called in June, 1913, by the Pastor Rev. J. D. Utt, the following brethren were put in nomination and elected to fill the offices made vacant by the death of W. A. Leslie, Isaac Kessler & J. P. Housman, as follows:

G. E. Rader & C. H. Otey as Elders, E. W. Reynolds, C. G. Housman, J. W. Housman, & Marion Dooley as Deacons.

Installation Service was held as the Fourth Sunday Morning in July, 1913.
