NOTE: This remnant of a former index indicates that much of the old Church Record is now missing. The Original Protocol was inserted into the present Church Book loosely (Not bound) as it had been removed from another book and placed in the present one. Many pages are apparently missing from the front of this present book as remnants of the former pages are still intact. The Book will be rebound by the writer as soon as the record is copied and printed.
